No Training on Sun 15 Aug 2010

Training on Sunday 15th August is cancelled due to the bad weather.  Loads of rain yesterday and more forecast for today means it will not be practical to train our normal outdoor session this Sunday. You can make up for it by coming to the sparring session on Monday at Manor Community College in Arbury.
