The Manor Community College is closed on bank holidays therefore the sparring session on Monday 31 May 2010 will be cancelled as the weather would not allow training outside as we’d normally do.

If sunny and dry all day we’ll have an informal sparring session at the Histon Road Recreation ground between 4 and 6pm.

We would like to inform everybody that the last Monday sparring session for 2009 will be tonight, Monday 14 December at the Manor Community College.  The first Monday session of 2010 will be on the 4th January.

CARISMA, its instructors and the committee wish Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all members in the hope to see you all back for a fantastic beginning in 2010.

Training on Monday is now back to the Manor Community College as of today 7 September 2009.

Training for Monday 31st august will be held in the Histon Road Recreation ground between 5 and 7pm (and not 6:30-8:30pm).

In case of bad weather (e.g. rain) we apologise in advance for cancelling the session.

After a lovely weekend the bad weather has come back again so we will be training at the Chesterton Sports Centre at the usual time 6:30 – 8:30pm.

There are changing facilities and lockers so please make sure to be there early enough to be starting on time.

Given the weather and a 60% probablity of rain we booked the Gymnasium at the Chesterton Sports Centre at the usual time, 6:30-8:30.

All Monday sessions between 20 July and 24 August 2009 inclusive will be held at the Histon Road Recreation Ground at 6:30-8:30PM if the weather allows it.

In case of rain (or if the grass is wet as it rained previously) we will post a message on this site to indicate the training venue that will be visible under the schedule category please check it if in doubt.
