We would like to invite every member of CARISMA to the annual General meeting to be held on Tuesday 21 July 2009. The AGM will be held at the Snug Restaurant and Bar (on East Road, formerly known as “the vine”) at 8:30 for a 9pm sharp start. Agenda for the event will be:

1. Welcome and Introduction
2. Financial Report and attendance figures
3. Review of the past year and plans for the future
4. Election of new committee members positions
5. A.O.B.
6. Summary and conclusion

Please try your best to be there as we value your opinion as a member and as a possible candidate to relevant position in the committee.  We aim at finishing the whole meeting within an hour in order to allow people in a hurry to leave:  please try to be on time.
