Minutes

• Introduction: Massimo welcomed everybody and passed to word to Mark
• Financial situation: Mark presented an analysis of the budget for the last six months. The club has a credit in the bank of over two thousand pounds. About 60% of the club's expenditure goes toward hiring the halls where we train (e.g. Kelsey Kerridge and Chesterton Community College). Mark continued detailing the club expenditure and various chart were made available for consultation. The club income has improved substantially during the last six month.
• Robin T. resigned from money collector giving a number of reason why he feels no longer adequate for this role. Mark offered himself to replace Robin.
• Training and techniques Massimo encouraged people to suggest whether the training could be improved by adding or replacing certain actvities; the following ideas emerged:
  • adding a bit of extra stretching at the end of the lesson
  • adding, at least occasionally, sparring at the end of the Tue and Thurs classes
  • increase the amount of Multicombat training
• Events and seminars a number of events and seminars will be organised later in the year:
  • AGT Kickboxing and Multicombat with master Bottini
  • Wing chun
  • Self Defence
  • Aikido
  No other information about dates and venues is available at this moment in time.
• Election of new members of the committee Melvin and Robin W. offered themselves to help the club. They have both been elected by all members.
• A.O.B. Simon B. suggested to have a forum section in the web site where people can post suggestions. Massimo replied that he will look into it in due time, reminding everybody that any suggestion can be sent by Email to him personally or to the info@ address.
